20 Day Pushup challenge

The TeamUp 20 Day Challenge encourages Victorians to get moving in any way they see fit, but for those who need a specific challenge, the AFL Players’ 20 Day Pushup Challenge is a great place to start.

For those who are yet to incorporate push-ups into their 20 Day Challenge, you can either start from Day 1 or jump ahead. Just don’t try to do 300 in one go – unless your name is Jake ‘The Push-up’ King!
