Players help Victorians find their motivation

AFL stars Scott Pendlebury, Brett Deledio and Joel Selwood will be joined by their partners throughout June to participate in some of the great activities found on TeamUp, a free app to help Victorians to locate physical activities in their local area.

Having recently starred in a series of videos to promote this VicHealth initiative and inspire Victorians to get active, Pendlebury, Deledio and Selwood will be joined by current and past players to try their hand at rock climbing, basketball, dodgeball and more. Victorians are invited to join the fun by downloading the TeamUp app and searching for each player’s activities to find event details of where to find their AFL heroes.

Dyson Heppell will help Run Melbourne participants prepare for their big fun-run at one of the evening training runs which start and Fed Square and former AFL player Jaryd Cachia and his well-known partner Sophie Shaw, the ‘Young Mummy’, will join the fun.

With loads of activities to suit all fitness levels and interests, the TeamUp app is a must-have for those looking to find motivation and get active, especially now that winter is upon us.  Click here to see what activities our AFL players will be joining throughout June and make sure you download the free app for full details on how to get involved.
