Brisbane Lions pocket-rocket Lewis Taylor will have a well-earned break from footy this weekend, after receiving the Round 9 Rising Star nomination in last week’s 87-point loss to North Melbourne.
The 173cm midfielder has played every game this season, averaging 14 disposals and three marks per match, showing plenty of dash and dare through the Lions’ midfield.
Taylor is eligible for this year’s 22under22 team.
