Adelaide youngster Matt Crouch has been named the Round 5 Rising Star nominee following his impressive performance against Greater Western Sydney on Sunday. Crouch chalked up 28 possessions in three quarters against the Giants, before being subbed off with cramp, in the Crows’ 65-point victory.
Crouch follows in the footsteps of brother and teammate Brad, who finished second to Gold Coast’s Jaeger O’Meara in last year’s Rising Star award.
