What is a delegate?
An AFL Players’ Association delegate acts as a link between their playing group and the AFLPA. There are a minimum of two delegates representing each AFL and AFLW team.
What does a delegate do?
The delegate’s role involves advocating on behalf of the playing group collective, serving as a resource for their teammates on current issues, connecting players into AFLPA programs and services, and organising their peers.
