With the Grand Final upon us, three stars claim nominations for the final AFLW MVP of the Week of the season, proudly presented by Snaffle.

Nominated for the second week in a row, North Melbourne star Jasmine Garner dominated the midfield. Despite the Roos being knocked out of the competition this round, Garner’s fight through all four quarters was not only impressive, but inspiring. Garner collected 24 disposals, 10 tackles, eight inside-50s, and a whopping 557 metres gained.

On the other side of the contest, Melbourne’s Tyla Hanks starred in the Demons’ victory against the Roos. Hanks collected 20 disposals and an impressive 12 tackles, three of those laid inside-50. Despite the tight contest, the young gun’s pressure ensured the Dees sealed the win.

On Friday night, Adelaide Crows stalwart Anne Hatchard inspired her side with a game-high 25 disposals, 15 of those contested. Hatchard battled tirelessly across all four quarters, but unfortunately the Crows just couldn’t quite nail the win. The Crows’ star also finished the match with six marks, five clearances, and 332 metres gained.
