The AFLPA’s Player Leadership and Induction Camp is a combination of the Induction Camp for first-year players and Director’s and Delegates Conference for AFLPA Board members and Delegates.

The event, which was held for the first time in 2020, resulted in player leaders coming together to discuss issues facing the playing group and set the strategic direction of the AFLPA, while first-year players learned about their Association’s history and role in the AFL industry.

AFLPA Board members and Delegates take part in sessions that discuss CBA issues, mental health and wellbeing, laws of the game and other strategic initiatives, while also guiding their young teammates through their sessions and shedding further light on their experiences with the PA.
