We strongly encourage staff members to be active participants in our “all-in” culture, and broaden their impact and growth through participating in a wide range of internal working groups and cross business initiatives.

Our staff members have access to a wide range of benefits including dedicated programs to support physical, mental and financial health and wellbeing, and access to a range of learning and leadership opportunities.  Some of our benefits include access to salary packaging, the potential for additional leave provisions and an AFL membership.

At the AFLPA, we are proud of our inclusive culture and encourage applications from people of all cultures (including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples), abilities, sexual orientation, gender identities and life stages.  We value flexibility and are happy to discuss flexible working options for this role.
