We have a range of ways that past and present players’ can get involved in small or big ways with our wellbeing initiatives such as R U OK?, Band4Hope, Mindful in May, Strengths Spotting, and Five Ways to Wellbeing. It doesn’t matter what stage of your career you are at – first game, last game or left the game – your involvement can make an important difference to the health and wellbeing of you, your team mates and to the AFL community.
