While the first-round draft picks might be the more talented players in the crop, they’re not always the first to make an impact at the top level.
That’s the message from more than 100 of the AFL’s newest players after being surveyed for their thoughts on their fellow draftees and new colleagues at the recent AFLPA Induction Camp.
After all, there’s no better insight into the league’s new faces than the players themselves.
