The AFL Players’ Association has again teamed up with Cancer Council Victoria to support The Longest Day of Golf in December.
The Longest Day is an endurance golf challenge designed to test skill, strength and stamina. The challenge is to successfully complete 72 holes of golf on a single day, whilst raising funds for skin cancer research and the Cancer Council.
Australia has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world, with approximately two in three Australians expected to be diagnosed with skin cancer by the age of 70.
Former GWS Giants teammates and now rivals, Collingwood’s Taylor Adams and Essendon’s Devon Smith talk about who’s the better golfer, which one chokes under pressure and their enjoyment of the game.
You can register your involvement with The Longest Day here.
