Young Giants Adam Treloar and Adam Kennedy realised a childhood dream last night when they met their idol, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
The WWE icon turned Hollywood star is in Australia promoting his new film ‘Hercules’, and caught up with the young GWS guns on the red carpet – with a little knowledge of who they were already, thanks to a video posted on gwsgiants.com.au earlier this week.

In case you missed it, The Rock’s tweet refers to the video below – in which Treloar and Kennedy find out they’ll be interviewing “the most electrifying man in sports entertainment”.
After finally coming to grips with the reality that they were set to meet The Rock, the pair of 21-year-olds sat down to brainstorm.
What would they ask him? How was it all going to work? How would they cope with the nerves?
But when the time to meet The Rock finally came around, the nerves kicked in and all those hours spent planning how to act and what to say went out the window.
