Which Hawthorn premiership player would fare better in a Masterchef-style cook-off?
As part of the AFL Players’ Association’s partnership with Australian Almonds, Fit Foodie’s James Frawley and Isaac Smith were challenged to the ultimate Australian almonds cook off at their restaurant, Jamu, in Richmond.
Judged by Hawthorn’s accredited sports dietitian Simone Austin, Frawley and Smith were given 30 minutes each to cook one item from Jamu’s breakfast menu incorporating Australian Almond’s.
This year marks the third-year of the AFL Players’ Association’s partnership with Australian Almonds, showcasing fit foodies of the AFL and AFLW and the importance of maintaining a healthy and balanced diet.
