Dineamic Bircher Muesli

As part of the AFL Players’ TeamUp 20 Day Challenge we’ve asked former player and founder of Dineamic Jason Johnson to provide a few recipes to help ensure you are eating healthy while getting active over the 20 days.

Like many of Dineamic’s creations, this recipe takes a classic meal and puts a modern spin on it. Simply take our bircher muesli blend and get creative! Adding new combinations of berries and fruit juice will change things up; there are endless possibilities for this recipe, so it’s one you’ll never get sick of.

Tip: Make sure you only use fruit juice with no added sugar – the fruit and berries you add on top should make it sweet enough!

Ingredients (serves 4)

2¼ cups of Dineamic Bircher blend

1½ cups of Apple or Orange juice

¾ cup of Low fat natural yoghurt

Favourite fresh fruit/berries

Extra yoghurt to serve


  1. Place Dineamic bircher blend in a large bowl. Pour over juice of choice and mix in yoghurt. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours. (Best done overnight)
  2. Just before serving prepare you favourite fresh fruit or mixed berries.
  3. Spoon muesli into serving bowls. Top with extra yoghurt, fruit.
