Richmond’s Dan Jackson will be teaming up with fans this month as part of the TeamUp 20 Day Challenge.
During the month of April, Dan will choose a TeamUp activity to attend at random. Download the TeamUp app here, and post your activity on the app – running, walking, riding, surfing, bowling, climbing, swimming, or anything else you can think of – to be in with a chance to team up with Dan.
VicHealth’s free TeamUp app can help you find people in your area looking to get out, get active and have fun.
To find out more about TeamUp, watch this short video.
TeamUp is a VicHealth initiative designed to overcome some of the key barriers to participation in physical activity – time, transport, social isolation and cost. The TeamUp app does this by linking people with a range of opportunities across more than 100 sports and activities, so that they can choose what suits them best: from club membership to a casual game in the park.
All Victorians are invited to join the TeamUp 20 Day Challenge by downloading TeamUp, getting active each day and sharing images of their participation on social media with the hashtag #20DC. The TeamUp 20 Day Challenge begins on April 13, with participants encouraged to ‘get moving’ in any way they see fit.
