Having whetted his basketball appetite during an impromptu basketball session at MSAC last week, Collingwood skipper Scott Pendlebury is set to strut his stuff on the court again this Thursday at Prahran Park from 12.30…and this time, everyone’s invited.

The smooth-moving Magpie surprised a lucky group of casual basketballers who had posted an activity on the TeamUp app last week; there was no shortage of Collingwood fans who found the footage a day or two later and were envious of those who got to play with Pendlebury.
With that in mind, the silky Magpie has put out an open invite to anyone who wants to shoot some hoops with him this Thursday, via the TeamUp app.
“Everyone’s welcome, just bring a ball and a couple of mates and I’ll see you there,” Pendlebury says in the activity description.
